Abstract
Isu yang berhubungan dengan financial constraints telah menjadi penelitian yang menarik. Adanya pemegang saham dengan jumlah kepemilikan yang besar dan bentuk yang terkarakteristik seperti family firm dinilai dapat mengurangi sensitivitas investasi terhadap arus kas. Selain itu, penempatan anggota keluarga sebagai CEO perusahaan juga dinilai dapat mengurangi sensitivitas investasi terhadap arus kas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh family firm dan family CEO terhadap sensitivitas investasi terhadap arus kas. Penulis menggunakan sampel perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia selama tahun 2010-2014. Hasil regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa family firm dan family CEO memperlemah pengaruh positif arus kas terhadap investasi. Hal ini menunjukkan jika family firm dan family CEO mampu memperlemah sensitivitas investasi terhadap arus kas pada perusahaan yang mengalami financial constraints.
