Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh aset tidak berwujud sebagai unexplained value terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan manufaktur (2) pengaruh aset tidak berwujud sebagai unexplained value terhadap nilai pasar perusahaan manufaktur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 61 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2010-2014 dan telah memenuhi kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel menggunakan software statisik Eviews. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) aset tidak berwujud sebagai unexplained value berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan manufaktur (2) aset tidak berwujud sebagai unexplained value bepengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap nilai pasar perusahaan manufaktur.
