Abstract
The mechanism parole under the Indonesian and Timor Leste events and comparison rules legislation parole in Indonesian and criminal are different under Timor leste criminal law. At the time of the pareole determined also a probation and set the conditions that mush be metduring the trial period. The probation period equal to the length of time remaining that have not endured imprisonment, plus one (1) year in the conficted person in law full custody, the time does not include probation. In case of the prisoners had receiyed the jugdge’s decision to apply or other with aprovil. Elements perpetrafors of criminal offances are individuals of groups, either intentionally or unintentionally elements of crime that often occurs in the form of discrimination and crimes agains the body or eliminate human live between Indonesia and Timor Leste criminal proceature faussing law, on the probiation. This research will comperative method using juridical normative namely by reviewing the juridical elements against corruption, while of law which says under the act.
