Abstract

The transfer function of the infrastucture, facilities and public utilitis in residental location will greatly affect people’s lives because each of the infrasucture, facilities and public utilities that bring each function that can complement each other in the lives of citizens housing. because of the vital functions thet complement one onother, that transfer function of facilities, infrastructure and public utilities have happened without the coordination with the public, or in othe word, land that supposedly was designed specifically to infrastructure, facilities and public utilities is eventually transformed to enable unilaterally.
