Abstract
In East Java, 212 million women (57% offertile couples) practice family planning, 61% of them use combined oral contraceptives. Of the possible side effects, cervial cancer is feared most, which causes many to drop out of the program. Published results of studies are contradictory. This study used Pap test and based on a mixed research design, namely discriptive cross sectional survey, qUd.si experimental design, and an expost facto correlation or effect cause system.
