Abstract
This research is aimed to examine, analyze, and obtain empiric evidence from transactional leadership and transformational leadership to the internal, external environment, the behavior of teachers and learners behavior of the Elementary School in Pontianak Port Area. This study consists of the independent variable transactional and transformational leadership, intervene variable internal, external environment, the behavior of teachers and dependent variable learners behaviors. Based on the reserach results and data analysis show that there were no significant direct effect between transactional leadership on the internal environment. There were no significant direct effect between transactional leadership on the external environment. There were no significant direct effect between transactional leadership on behaviour of teachers.There were significant direct effect between transformational leadership on the internal environment. There were no significant direct effect between transformational leadership on the external environment. There were significant direct effect between transformational leadership on the behavior of teachers. There were significant direct effect between the internal environment on the behavior of students. There were no significant direct effect between the external environment on the behavior of students. There were significant direct effect between teacher behavior toward students behavior. Based on the data analysis obtained new model research results that there were effect among transformational leadership on the internal environment, teacher behavior, and students behavior
