Abstract

In general, this research is intended to find out legal regulation on marine arranggment. This research is expected to provide conceptual contribution with theoretical and practical validities based on administrative and constitutional laws, so that it can provide clarity regarding authority regulation on marine arrangment. This research focused on three legal issues, namely: 1) philosophical basis of marine area management, 2) authorities of marine area management, and 3) regulation of marine area arrangment authority principles. Analysis on marine area arrangment authority regulation is also based on legal concepts which are used to comprehend propositions of legal issue proposed in this research. In analyzing legal issues on this research, the writer used jurisprudence construct which focused on systematization and structurization aspects of the legal issues. As a research on law, the analysis of these legal issues is done in normatif manner using regulation and conceptual approaches.
