Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kesehatan yang diproksikan dengan angka harapan hidup, tingkat pendidikan yang diproksikan dengan pekerja dengan tamatan primary education, secondary education, serta tertiary education, dan upah minimum provinsi terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di 33 provinsi Indonesia periode 2008 hingga 2013. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi data panel (pooled data) dengan pendekatan Fixed Effect Model. Hasil regresi data panel dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan variabel tingkat kesehatan, tingkat pendidikan, dan upah minimum berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja. Secara parsial variabel tingkat kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan tingkat pendidikan dan upah minimum tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di Indonesia.
