Abstract
Terdapat perubahan suhu timpani pada anak usia 1 bulan sampai 5 tahun yang dilakukan MRI dengan sedasi di RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Perubahan tersebut adalah terjadi kenaikan suhu timpani pada 33 pasien (71.73%), penurunan suhu timpani pada 11 pasien (23.91%) dan 2 pasien (4.34%) tidak mengalami perubahan suhu timpani. Rata-rata perubahan suhu timpani sebelum dan sesudah MRI tersebut sekitar 0.19 °C. Lama MRI rata-rata adalah 52.17 menit dengan adanya penurunan suhu ruang MRI rata-rata 0.8 °C dan penurunan suhu cairan infus rata-rata 3.47 °C. Ketiga faktor tersebut ternyata tidak berpengaruh secara statistik terhadap perubahan suhu timpani antara sebelum dan sesudah MRI.
