Abstract
This thesis discuss about how the uncommon behaviour in society displayed in televison program. "Schizofrenia" or "splitting personality" represented in television program. This research used a qualitative method to analyze the representation of schizofrenia in "Empat Mata" talk show (Sumanto the ex-corpse eater episode). Television presented this program because of the competition between TV stations that makes the TV program's creator create a unique and special program in order to get the rating. The higher rating that the program gets the more advertiser will interest in. Television media represents something which is the society consider it as bad things to be represented such ad celebrities. The society interested the unique and uncommon things in real life such as "Empat Mata" talk show (Sumanto the ex-corpse episode) which displayed "Schizofrenia"
