Abstract

The focus of this final work is the analysis of the influence of certain factors on the organization's environmental performance in the Indonesian Naval Academy (AAL), which is considered in the environmental performance of the AAL would be better if the factors that influence to get special attention and between AAL personnel, both individually and organizationally. In AAL organization members are required to have high job competence, able to cope with work stress (job stress) so that it faces a high motivation to work that hopefully will bring a good impact on performance in accordance with the demands of bureaucratic reform in the AAL environment. The results by using ordinary linear regression between competence, job stress and motivation on performance, we can conclude that these three variables simultaneously has a significant influence on performance. In the regression linier test with, found results that meet all standards required validation of statistical tests and adjusted R-square of stock return obtained value 56.5%. Based on research conducted, it is recommended to use other factors such as Work Discipline, Leadership, and others, to get test results statistic with a value of R-square adjusted better than the adjusted R-square values in this study.
