Abstract
Performance assessment using DP3 model can’t reflect employee’s performance objectively and it doesn’t appropriate with the real purpose. The development of competency-based performance is one of the alternative steps for assessment employee’s performance more objectively. The assessment of competence-based performance is evaluation and assessment of employee’s work performance based on competency that is needed for work, competencies that are both organizational (basic competence) and individual (area competence). Based on the result of research, there are seven elements of assessment in the development of performance assessment models of BAAKPSI, there are Achievement Orientation, Initiatives, discipline, customer service orientation, leadership, attitude, and IT knowledge. Whereas the scale of the proposed assessment is: (1) unsatisfied, (2) need to be repaired (3) according to the expectation/standard (4) exceeding of hope.
