Abstract
In this study provide an explanation of phenomena in the Christian school teacher Gloria the social status that had been seen by a diverse community. such as teachers who commit immoral acts, teachers who commit acts of violence and much more. Whether in the community Gloria Christian school teachers are also such things exist or not. Authors tried to find out how it can be constructed in the community by using the interpretive approach in order to see Which concepts of right and wrong that had been awakened in the community, through the process of externalization, and internalization objectivizing. Using the framework of his theory grooves Peter L. Berger is Social Construction, with a phenomenological approach in analyzing any phenomena. Constructed from the previous generation to the succeeding generations, then the image of the teacher fixed concept in the mind of the public with an overview of the changing and manifold views on the image of teachers, especially in the Gloria Christian School.
