Abstract
This study reveals the ineffectiveness of the G-20 in resolving the global crisis of 2008 then the authors raise the issue of the research that is why the G-20 did not effectively carry out multilateral cooperation in resolving the global financial crisis. Then, through the analysis of a variety of data about the performance of the G-20 and the effect of the financial crisis, earned first answer Ineffective G-20 in resolving the 2008 financial crisis due to the regime's main buffer G-20 that the United States in circumstances of crisis, then no regime financially responsible replied that the G-20 had a lot of problems to syncronize the global financial system The absence of instruments in implementing the Financial Stability Board leave its own problems in the handling of the financial crisis, and the emergence of new powers in this regard China as a counterweight to U.S. dominance in the economy so as to regulate the international financial system becomes very difficult.
