Abstract
Analysis of Melamine by adsorptive stripping voltammetry using glassy carbon electrode has been studied. This method comprises two steps the first step is the accumulation adsorptive of Melamine on the surface of glassy carbon working electrode so that Melamine form complex with Fe3+ and the second is stripping the complex from the electrode into the solution which is recorded as a voltammogram. The optimum conditions obtained by the measurement parameter is -900 mV, accumulation potential, accumulation time 60 seconds, and pH 4. This method has very good linearity with correlation coeficient 0,9920. In this research the detection limit obtained was 0,6939x10-14M and sensitivity was 2,71(µA/10-14M). Recovery of Melamine which was added to the milk sample with concentration of 2x10-14 M and 3x10-14 M are 81,40% and 95,60% respectively.
