Abstract

The existence of contract has a very crucial role in muamalah field, contract in arab term was akad. It is divided into two parts, tabarru and tijari, where every akad has a differen character. Tijari to collect profit and tabarru to social. So, the main of akad in islam is realized the mutual adventages among the contractor.
