Abstract

Ketentuan “Predicate crime” terjemahan dari “Tindak Pidana Asal” dalam Undang-undang No. 8 Tahun 2010 tentang Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidan Pencucian Uang merupakan syarat mutlak sebagai sumber kewenangan dalam melakukan penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana pencucian uang. Namun, bukanlah syarat mutlak guna untuk membuktikan terjadinya tindak pidana pencucian uang.
