Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of table 6 (six) IHC innovation as one of the Bojonegoro Government strategies to provide services and protection for women and children, prevent the occurrence of domestic violence by providing socialization and counseling provided by the cadres in table 6 (six) IHC, through interpersonal communication. This study used a qualitative approach with evaluative observational study. While the evaluation conducted is the evaluation process. The result of the study reveals that the implementation of the table 6 (six) IHC innovation is helpful for the target to create a harmonious family, to disseminate information through interpersonal communication as a change agency and the role of leaders as decision makers is essential in creating a knowledge stage about the society innovation. At the persuasion stage of the study, it is influenced by the relative benefits of the innovation. The fact in the field of innovation adoption by study subjects is already in the implementation stage based on the decisions made, by testing and consultation with table 6. For confirmation stage, the subject of the study has completed its problems, it happens because the table 6 (six) IHC as innovations to create a harmonious family and prevent the occurrence of domestic violence. It is relatively easily understood and implemented. Nevertheless, most of the 19 study subjects who never consulted in table 6 (six) IHC said that they feel uncomfortable and embarrassed when counseling is performed in conjunction with a service activities in IHC.
