Abstract

Applications Health Center Management Information System (SIMPUS) is a health care system is an all health centers and connecting the centre of Surabaya City Health Departement.. After three years of application SIMPUS applied, there needs to be an evaluation of the application SIMPUS in Surabaya City Health Department. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the application SIMPUS in Surabaya City Health Office through "HOT -Fit Model. This research uses analytic quantitative research method. The focus of this research is "HOT-Fit" model (technological, organizational, human, and net benefits). Sources of data in this study were health workers in public health centers using SIMPUS applications. The data collection techniques in this study is the interview with questionnaire tool. Analysis of the data used in this study is test the effect of multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the elements of the technology is good enough, to still need improvement dakarena availability information is up to date and accurate. In the human element, the results showed an improvement in employee competencies related to computers and IT. In organizational elements, namely the dimension seen institutional structure, consisting of authority, organizational culture, teamwork and management support. Element of net benefit can use to increased productivity.
