Abstract

The low employee commitment can be seen from the high turnover rate, the decline in productivity and lack of discipline of employees. One of the efforts to rebuild employee commitment through the application of spiritual values. Purpose of this study is to describe the application of spiritual values by CV. Samudra Indah Muncar Banyuwangi and the application of spiritual values related to employee commitment to CV. Samudra Indah Muncar Banyuwangi. Theories and concepts used in this study are: 1) The theory of organizational commitment, 2) Theory of spirituality in the workplace. This study used qualitative methods with qualitative descriptive research. The data obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature study. Research subjects were 12 respondents were obtained from CV. Samudra Indah Muncar Banyuwangi employees. From the results research showed that the application of spiritual values in the CV. Samudra Indah Muncar Banyuwangi can increase employee commitment to the company
