Abstract

The focus of this study is on the qualitative content analysis of about feature of hemifacial spasm disease and trigeminal neuralgia disease in Intisari magazine (commercial) and community magazine (non - commercial). Problem formulation of this study is how does the description of hemifacial spasm and trigeminal neuralgia in Intisari (commercial) and community magazines (non - commercial) in how about the language used by Intisari magazines (commercial) and community magazines (non - commercial) for reporting this disease ? The purpose of this research study is to describe the feature about Trigeminal Neuralgia and Hemifacial spasm in Intisari magazine (commercial) and community (non - commercial). This research is expected to contribute to the research - research in the field of media and health communication . This study uses content analysis as a knife qualitative analysis. The use of literary journalism or literary journalism used by writers of commercial magazine ( essence ) and also non- commercial magazine ( hemifacial spasm and trigeminal neuralgia ) in the delivery of information about the disease trigeminal neuralgia and hemifacial spasm . Because of these features using literary journalism in reporting , then the choice of words and sentence formulation has a big share in this human touch . So it is easy for the reader to absorb what information is sought to be reported by the authors . However , it may be better terms - terms such as Trigeminal Neuralgia foreign , Hemifacial spasm , Mikrovascular Decompression or other terms need to be given a glossary of terms , so that terms - the terms can be known to the reader in accordance with the original . How to find these terms , namely the study of literature , the authors should have reported before about the disease , most do not have a background of knowledge in advance about what the disease , despite the inclusion in the author's opinion in news reporting should not be done , but the provision of information about what the disease and what is the perceived need to be informed so that the understanding of disease did not originate in one direction only .
