Abstract
The study explain of penomenon communication relation agricultural instructor with agricultural officer and peasent that in the Kabupaten Gorontalo area occurs through hegemony communications symbolic or dominations communication as a result of familiarity they wake up through of symbols, good expresion end then motion which can control of their living space. With mastery of this living space be come relation between they timeless The research use qualitative method and phenomenology approach the number of informants 16th. As for research area in the Kabupaten Gorontalo by taking sample of PPL, PPK and peasent that involved in agriculture programing 2014. Result of research show that power not an entity which may effect action an actor, but interest the most influential to action an actor through meaning of power symbols in the interaction. With these symbols they capable control of their living space respectively an actor through dominatioin communication symbolic.
