Abstract
Desa Sumurber terletak disebelah Selatan pusat pemerintahan kecamatan Panceng, Kabupaten Gresik. Desa ini merupakan salah satu dari empat belas desa, di kecamatan Panceng. Dilihat dari jumlah penduduk dan tingkat pendidikan yang cukup dan golongan penduduk yang homogen maka dapat diangkat ke permukaan beberapa temuan yang potensial ataupun berbagai kendala atau masalah yang berpengaruh terhadap lajunya pembangunan secara umum.
