Abstract
Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1. Pemberian anestetik tiopental secara intravena pada kucing dengan dosis 25 mg/kg berat badan menyebabkan penurunan jumlah sel eritrosit, jumlah sel leukosit, hemoglobin dan hematokrit. 2. Penurunan jumlah sel eritrosit, jumlah sel leukosit, hemoglobin dan hematokrit masih terjadi pada pasca anestesi (munculnya reflek pedal).
