Abstract
The aims of research is to know about the Raillietina sp. worm. This research attempts to figure out the interaction between time and treatment on number of the deaths Raillietina sp. worm used to in vitro. Not only interaction and treatment, but also the best time and the effective concentration of the Raillietina sp. worm. This research used to the concentration of pomegranate peel extract about 10 mg/ml, 20 mg/ml, 40 mg/ml and 80 mg/ml. It aims to show a clear reaction of the anthelmintic power on the pomegranate peel extracts. The extracts obtained by the pomegranate peel powder soaked in the ethanol for 2 days (maceration). Then, it is extracted with rotary evaporator to obtain the extract of pomegranate peel. The writer finds that most of the deaths of Raillietina sp. worm are in the 80mg/ml and occurred at minute 360. For the interaction, it occurred in combination of W6*P6, W5*P6, W6*P2 and W6*P5. The result showed that it affected the deaths of Raillietina sp. worm.
