Abstract

The rapid development of technology to encourage the use of sporocyst as bioactive materials that can induce immunity and can be given at 1 week old chickens, so that when chickens aged 3 weeks and be sensitive to the expected chicken coccidia infection already got immunity may protect from infection. Sporocyst can be used as ratio in the estimation of the optimal dose of oocysts used to induce immunity of host when used as a virulence live vaccine. Based on the above reasons is needed isolation and selection of isolates of E. tenella from non-commercial farm and never exposed coccidiostat then multiplying on naive chicken as the parent strain. Isolates obtained then be isolated sporocyst from E. ten ella oocysts infective of the parent strain by the method of grinding with glass beads using the proper media. Sporocyst of E. tenella is isolated and then used as a bioactive material (seed virulence live vaccine)
