PENETAPAN KADAR NIKOTIN DALAM ASAP DARI BEBERAPA PRODUK ROKOK PUTIH DENGAN KROMATOGRAFI GAS.

Abstract
The determination of nicotine in the cigarette smoke by gas chromatography has been done. White cigarettes which contain just tobacco are used for sample. Before concentration of nicotine being fixed, sample must be placed in a room with 26C temperature and 60% of humidity for 48 hours. The determination can be done by sucking the smoke from 20 cigarettes, doing by the automatic smoking machine. The smoke filtrate will be dissolved into isopropanol and shaked by electronic shaker (270 rpm for 30 minutes) and than were injected to chromatograph for 1 mililiter, The result of method validation i.e accuracy, precision, and linearity met the requirement. The nicotine recovery based on fortified procedure were 103,58+-9.72%. The precision of nicotin were 2.66+-1.61% and sample from three different white cigarette brands specified were 1.0=-0.1; 1.3=-0.0; and 1.0=-0.1 mg per cigarette, respectively for brand X, Y, and Z. Result of calculation continued with the statistical analysis of One Way Anova, where the earn can concluded that concentration nicotine in the white cigarette smoke differ by having a meaning in alpha = 0,05.
