Abstract

Telah dibuat sel surya Cr dengan melapiskan chromium pada kristal tunggal silikon tipe-p dengan dua sampel yang Berbeda. Pelapisan dilakukan dengan metode evaporasi termal. Dari pengukuran karakteristik I -V untuk sampel 1 6 tegangan sirkuit terbuka (84 ± 0,1) mV. efisiensi n (1,2 ± diperoleh hasil arus bocor pada suhu kamar I e = (5,4 X 10± 2,3 x 10-~) A. arus sirkuit tertutup I eo = (2,8 ± 0,1) mA, = 0,08) %, Fill Factor (FF) =(0,32 ± 0,04) dan harga respon spektral (SR) pada panjang gelombang 6328 A = 0.03 dengan luas sel surya yang disinari 0,0625 cm2
