Abstract

The interest of a profession will be a motivate of student to apply any job. The interest for work in abroad occured because of push and pull factors like a better income, raising of work condition, and higher living standard. This study used descriptive approach and involved 88 of respondents in Akademi Keperawatan Poltekkes Kemenkes Mataran by total sampling. Data were analyzed with SPSS using Spearman Rho test with significant value p<0,05. The result of this study showed that the higher of encouragement factor from within individual and social motif factor, the weaker of relation with interest for work in abroad. The higher of emotional factor, the stronger of relation with interest for work in abroad. This study can be useful for respondent, candidate of job applicant, and the next researcher as one of references in determine interest for work in abroad.
