Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pelayanan LAZ dalam upaya menjaga loyalitas muzzaki di Surabaya dalam hal ini peneliti meneliti 2 Lembaga Amil Zakat yaitu BMH (Baitul Mall Hidayatullah) dan Yatim Mandiri.
