Abstract
The aim of this research was to know the numbers of total bacteria in raw milk of Lestari Cattle Farming Group. This research was using purposive sampling of sample size as much as 10% of cattle population in the area. The research was conducted in November – December 2016. Total of sixteen raw milk samples from the farmers were tested by Total Plate Count (TPC) in District Health Laboratory of Health Service of Tulungagung, than served in tables and figures. The result showed that the numbers of total bacteria in raw milk at Lestari Cattle Farming Group were 1.7 x 105 CFU/ml, meet the standard of SNI which is 1.0 x 106 CFU/ml.
