Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of laserpuncture stimulation on the reproduction point of female Campbell duck to sexual maturity speed. The experimental design used in this study is completely randomized design. Eighteen female Campbell ducks were randomly divided into three groups. Group I (P0) being not subjected to laserpuncture, group II (P1) being subjected laserpuncture with dose 0.2 J, and group III (P2) being subjected to laserpuncture with dose 0.5 J. Laserpuncture performed on ducks reproductive point eight times in a three-day intervals over a span of thirty days. This research was conducted while observing and recording what day the first nesting ducks. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis using ANOVA and Duncan Multiple. The results showed that laserpuncture stimulation on the reproduction point of female Campbell duck accelerate sexual maturity (P ≤ 0.05).
