Abstract
The aim of this research was to know the antibacterial effect of ginger juice (Zingiber officinale) on the total of bacterial colonies in milkfish from fishpond Kalang Anyar, Sidoarjo as the parameter. The milkfish samples were divided into 100 pieces and each sample was 5 grams. The research method was completely randomized design by using four concentration of ginger juice 0%,10%,15%,
