Abstract
Penelitian mengenai konvergensi pertumbuhan tenaga kerja sektor industri manufaktur antar wilayah sering diteliti dengan seksama dengan hasil yang beragam. Penelitian ini berusaha memperluas analisis mengenai konvergensi pertumbuhan tenaga kerja di level industri pada sektor manufaktur Provinsi Jawa Timur baik melalui analisis konvergensi: σ maupun melalui analisis konvergensi β.
