Abstract
This research was conducted to investigate the effect of Acalypha indica L ektract on the histophatological changes of coronary artery induced by Hipercolesterolemia diet in white rats. The treatment were C- ( standart feed + aquadest ), C+ ( standart feed + aquadest + 1 ml pig oil ), T1, T2, T3 (200, 400, 800mg/kg BB of etanol extract + 1 ml pig oil + aquadest + standart feed ). The histophatological of coronary artery were examinated by using the Brunt methode. Then the data were analyzed by Kruskal Wallis and continue with Mann-Whitney test. The result showed Acalypha indica L extract could protect white rats coronary artery that were induced by hipercolesterolemia diet.
