Abstract
Dari hasH penelitian mengenai ekstrak rimpang temulawak (Curcuma xanthorhiza Roxb) sebagai antibakterial terhadap Staphylococcus aureus secara in vitro, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1. Ekstrak rimpang temulawak mempunyai kemampuan menghambat Staphylococcus aureus secara in vitro. 2. Konsentrasi ekstrak rimpang temulawak 100%, 50% dan 25% lebih efektif dibanding konsentrasi 12,5% dan 6,25% dalam menghambat pertumbuhan Staphylococcus aureus secara in vitro.
