Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the digestibility value of nitrogen free extract of forage, formulated concentrate and urea molasses block fed to beef cattles. Experimental animals used in this study were 21 Rambon beef cattles. This research was conducted by providing various combinations of feed to experimental animal. The experimental design used was completely randomized design with three treatments and seven replications as time of collection feces. P0 was control treatments while P1 and P2 used as different feed combination. The highest of nitrogen free exstract digestibility was P2 compared than P0 and P1. Nitrogen free extract digestibility on P2 was 98.760% that significantly different (p<0.05) with P1 97.812% and the lowest result was P0 94.922%. It was concluded, rambon cattle which feeding by forage combine with formulated concentrate and urea molasses block can increase the digestibility of nitrogen free extract.
