Abstract
Introduction : In pediatric dentistry, gingivitis is a common disease, that one of the pathogens causing of gingivitis is Porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg). It is indicated in some research that Pg has a significant role in activating cytokines which are responsible for atopy. Objective : To explain modulation mechanism from non-atopy becoming atopy after whole bactery Pg and Pg LPS exposure which is reflected by increasing IgE level.
