Abstract

Food and Beverage Department adalah salah satu departemen yang mendorong keberhasilan suatu hotel dan juga berperan serta akan berjalannya kelancaran aktivitas di dalam hotel. Food and Beverage Department sendiri juga melakukan pencapaian target untuk penjualan makanan dan minuman yang disediakan oleh hotel. Di dalam Food and Beverage Department terdapat bagian Food and Beverage Administrasi yang juga memiliki beberapa peran untuk kelangsungan kegiatan Food and Beverage Department dan juga ikut berpartisipasi dalam menjalankan aktivitas di dalam hotel untuk mengoptimalkan kegiatan administrasi untuk Food and Beverage Department agar semua berjalan dengan lancar dan teratur sesuai SOP.
