Abstract
Merupakan penelitian observasional cross sectional. 33 sampel diambil dari ibu hamil hepatitis B trimester 3 yang inpartu secara consecutive sampling dari VK bersalin RS dr Soetomo, RS Soewandhie, RS Haji, RS Airlangga, dan RSUD Sidoarjo. Pemeriksaan HBsAg kuantitatif dan HBeAg diambil dari darah vena dan diperiksakan di laboratorium Prodia dengan menggunakan Architect HBsAg Assay dan Elecsys HBeAg Assay. HBsAg tali pusat diambil sesaat setelah bayi lahir. Data diolah dengan menggunakan uji chi square dan koeffisien kontingensi Hasil: Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan antara HBsAg kuantitatif ibu dan HBeAg ibu, HBsAg kuantitatif ibu dan HBsAg tali pusat, dan HBeAg ibu dan HBsAg tali pusat. Didapatkan cut of point pada 1195,36 IU/mL untuk memprediksi transmisi intrauteri dengan sensitivitas 81% spesifisitas 77%.
