Abstract
Urinary tract infection (UTI) is an infection caused by a proliferation of microorganisms in the urinary tract, which under normal circumstances the urine does not contain bacteria, viruses or other microorganisms. Dam the flow of urine (UTS) is one of the factors that facilitate the occurrence of UTI. Of the 57 samples, obtained 36 male patients and 21 female patients, UTS patients with UTI most established between the ages of 50-59 years. A total of 47 of 57 Urinary Tract Stone patients is clinically diagnosed suffering from Urinary Tract Infections have the results of the urine culture microorganisms in the Department of Microbiology with bacteriuria positive results of 18 patients, 9 patients had dubious results, and 20 patients negative bacteriuria. Of the 18 patients were positive bacteriuria, obtained most 7 patients (39%) infected with Escherichia coli.
