Abstract
This thesis aims to find out the quality of health service in Community Health Centers in Gresik. The theory used in this thesis is service quality theory by Zeithaml et. al, namely: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty. This thesis uses quality research method by using purposive sampling technique to select the informants and continued by snowball sampling. The result shows that the quality of health service in Community Health Service in Gresik is able to provide proper service for the need of the community, however the Community Health Services are also increasing their quality by doing: addition to the seats and ACs in the waiting room, giving training to the employees so that they can handle the patients faster and more efficiently and giving reward to the employee who shows good attitude towards the patients.
