Abstract

To support the educational organization activity performance, Widya Kartika University needs office supplies. Without the office supplies, would be difficult for them to maintain the teaching and learning activities. Widya Kartika University is an educational organization whose follow the development progress of information technology in the society. They are in their process of developing a web-based application for their financial activity. Unfortunately, they still performed a manual record on the paper to maintain the internal distribution of office supplies. In order to achieve the major aim for improvement in effectiveness and efficiencies in energy and time of work in internal distribution of office supplies, Widya Kartika University needs to build a web-based application development on internal distribution of office supplies information system. The analysis uses qualitative exploratory approach using single case study method which object is Widya Kartika University, focusing in internal distribution of office supplies system.
