Abstract
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat ditarik kesimpula n bahwa pemberian gel ekstrak daun Ungu (Graptophyllum pictum (L.) Griff) dengan dosis 7,5%, 15%, dan 30% selama 3 hari dapat menurunkan jumlah makrofag pada tikus Wistar yang dibuat periodontitis agresif
