Abstract
The purpose of this study is to indentify GDF-9 in oocytes collected from preanthral bovine follicle which matured in vitro. This study used a method based on the specificity immunocytochemistry bond between avidin and biotin molecules contained in the secondary antibody avidin-biotin complex shape. Bovine ovaries were collected from RPH Pegirian Surabaya. This study using 105 matured oocytes from 62 ovaries. Immunocytochemistry result showed that 77.14% of GDF-9 was identified
