Abstract
Berdasarkan uraian pada bab-bab sebelumnya, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan yaitu PT Dandelo berhasil memberikan bukti-bukti yang akurat sehingga hasil banding tentang keberatan atas Surat Ketetapan Pajak Kurang Bayar berdasarkan Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pajak nomor KEP-264 /WPP.07/2015 tanggal 25 Juli 2017 nyatakan dikabulkan seluruhnya.
