The independent variables of this studywere demographic factor (knowledge), health belief (susceptibility, severity, benefit, barrier, and self-efficacy) and perception of threats. The dependent variable was students’ stigma in HIV and AIDS patient. The data were collected using questionnaires. Data was analyzed using multiple regression statistic test with level of significance at 0,05. Results: the results of the analysis show that knowledge has no significant effect on belief (susceptibility (0,787), severity (0,432), benefit (0,485), barrier (0,196), self-efficacy (0,872), belief has no significant effect on the threat (susceptibility (0,536), severity (0,998), benefit (0,128), barrier (0854), self-efficacy (0,859)), the threat has no significant effect on stigma (0.222).
