Abstract

Background : In 2013 the Minister of Health Regulation (Permenkes) No.21 was established which obliged all pregnant women to carry out HIV testing. Based on data from the Surabaya Health Office in 2015, it was stated that out of 41,225 pregnant women in Surabaya, only 17,027 pregnant women did HIV testing. Quality of service on HIV testing needs special attention. Good quality of service will have an impact on satisfaction Objectives : To know the level of satisfaction of pregnant women on integrated HIV Antenatal care (ANC) examination at Perak Timur health center in the period April 2018 - June 2018 Methods : This study uses descriptive analysis with pourposive sampling method. The total sample of this study was 119 pregnant women. Retrieving data using a questionnaire based on the theory of the delay of Thaddeus and maine and 5 dimensions of parasuraman, namely reputation, examination results, Tangible, Responsive, Raliable, Assurance, and Empathy. Result : Based on age, 92 pregnant women are in the riskless age category (20-35), 7 pregnant women at risk (<20) and 20 pregnant women are at risk (> 35). While for the quality of service, most pregnant women judge poorly, which is 98.3%, assessing good and 1.7% judging sufficiently. Conclusion : The quality of service at an integrated HIV Antenatal Care (ANC) examination in Puskesmas Perak Timur is good
