Abstract
The Mosque is a place of worship for muslims. Mosque employees play an important role in maintaining Mosques. Mosque employees must have the amanah to do the assignments given. The results of this study are the implementation of the amanah that has been implemented by the employees of the Surabaya Cheng Hoo Mosque. This can be seen from the 3 Indicators of amanah, that is responsibility, right promises and transparency. The three indicators have been applied in doing work at the Surabaya Cheng Hoo Mosque. Amanah is carried out by employees to be able to realize prosperity, because working in a mosque must be trustworthy and sincere to get God's blessing. The need will be fulfilled by itself if it works with sincerity and trust, because working in a mosque is not only pursuing the world but pursuing the world and the afterlife.
