Abstract
Efektifitas pendistribusian bantuan sosial kepada masyarakat miskin terletak pada proses penargetan program, yaitu proses pemilihan rumah tangga yang akan menerima berbagai program bantuan sosial. Oleh karena itu, salah satu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas penargetan program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) tahun 2005 – 2006. Pada penelitian ini akan dikaji bagaimana karakteristik indikator PSE05 yang terdapat pada data survey BPS (Susenas kor 2007) dengan status rumah tangga tergolong miskin, rumah tangga yang memperoleh memperoleh BLT, serta dengan golongan tidak miskin namun menerima BLT menggunakan. Metode estimasi menggunakan logit dan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah “STATA 10”.
